Apple; From a West Country Orchard. Crisp, fresh and delicious – This is inspired by the abundance of beautiful, ripe apples all around us in the gardens and rambling orchards of Somerset.
Each year, we gauge the changing seasons by the blossoms, buds and fragrant fruits that appear so suddenly in the summer sun. Then before you know it, they’re shaken from the tree and spirited away to be scoffed, squeezed and quaffed.
